KIS LLP information on the methods of work with clients.
● Firstly, dispatcher office of KIS LLP (tel.078) receives a call from client’s office, or KIS LLP office receives client’s inquiry by fax/e-mail.
● After that Manager on transport of KIS LLP will define the car and driver for implementation of the inquiry.
● Then, Manager on Transport of KIS LLP will contact with client or with responsible staff of client for the inquiry and will receive his/her acceptance for the proposed car and driver.
● After receipt of client’s acceptance, Manager of KIS LLP on transport will control the performance of driver and fully control the implementation of the order of client.
● For this purpose, Manager on transport of KIS LLP will use the following communication means of KIS LLP:
a) Multi channel telephone system in Almaty with number of calling 078.
b) Office communication facilities (phone, faxes, radio, mobile telephones of staffs, e-mail);
c)
Radio communication system named “Berkut” used between
drivers and dispatchers;
d)
Communication system used for clients via multi channel telephone
system 078.
e)
GPS system, installed in cars of KIS LLP for constant control of
movements and controlling of drivers, and also for the purposes of
client’s security.
KIS LLP HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY.

provide appropriate training in health-related matters, and assure its employees that disclosures of medical conditions are treated with confidentiality.
Safety
KIS LLP will conduct its activities on the principle that all injuries to employees and clients are preventable and will actively promote a high standard of safety in all our activities.
KIS LLP is committed to creating a safe system of work to reduce the risk of work-related injuries and to providing adequate resources for safe equipment, training, and, as appropriate, personal protective equipment (PPE).
KIS LLP will encourage employees to evaluate assigned tasks and participate in HSE meetings to resolve problems and difficulties in a positive, productive and safe manner.
It is important that employees understand that their managers expect them to conduct themselves in a safe and proper manner while carrying out their tasks. This is an integral part of the employee evaluation and is a condition of employment.
Environment
KIS LLP will:
pursue in its operations progressive reductions of emission, effluents, and discharges of waste materials that are known to have a negative impact on the environment, with the ultimate aim of eliminating them;
aim to provide products and services supported with practical advice that, when used in accordance with this advice, will not cause injury or undue effects on the environment; and
Promote the protection of all natural and cultural environments that might be affected by the development of its activities and seek continuous improvement in the efficient use of natural resources and energy.
